Sunil is into Raibenshe genre of folk dance form since childhood. He has learnt from his father late Gushadhwaj Thandar who was his guru. Sunil is the leader of Dhali Bratachari Raibeshe Sangha and performs dhali dance as well. He has performed in Delhi, Kolkata, Jammu and Jharkhand. His team has won the district award several times.

Shakti Dolui has 45 years of experience in this dance form. He is a resident of Murshidabad district. His father’s name is Chinaram Dolui. He has learnt the art-form from his guru is Kanan Bagdi. He has performed in the states of Kerala, Assam, Haryana, Rajasthan, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Goa and Bombay. His group is called Ma kali Raibenshe O Lokonritya Sampraday and have 70 members. He has been awarded the Bangla Academy award.

Basudeb's tryst with this folk dance form began at a very early age. His gurus were Bhimdas Bairagya, Swadhin Bitter. He has his own dance group namely Sahora Raibenshe Yobo Gosthi. This group has 20 members. He has performed in Bardhaman and Murshidabad districts of West Bengal as well as in Delhi and Assam.

Sentu, a Raibenshe artist, is a resident of Burwan in Murshidabad district specializes in martial art. He is in the folk art form for the last 26 years and has honed his skill under his guru Sovakar Bitter. Sentu is the leader of a group namely Bangabhumi Raibeshe Sanstha. This group has 20 members. Apart from practicing Raibenshe genre of folk dance, Sentu’s main source of income is bamboo craft. He has performed in Mumbai, Bhubaneshwar, Bangalore, Dimapur, Goa, Delhi, Kerala, Hariyana, Lucknow, Tamilnadu, and Mumbai.
