Under the aegis of this project, 15 artists have been trained on multiple aspects. The trainings aimed at giving Dokra artists an understanding regarding new market trends, development of diversified products and identifying new market segments for the same, improving finishing, monitoring quality and deriving an idea regarding product pricing. A total of 64 artists have been trained on business strategy, communication, digital and financial skills so that they not only derive the capability to initiate and sustain independent entrepreneurial ventures but also derive the ability to communicate about the history and practice of their aesthetic tradition to outsiders.
